The first meeting of the Awards committee took place tonight

The award was announced for outstanding performances over January, February and March.

Mark Coleman from Blarney was selected as the first winner for 2016.

Mark captained his school team to All Ireland Senior C Hurling victory and is a player to watch for the future.

Mark, along with family, friends and clubmates will be attending a presentation evening at The Auld Triangle in Macroom.
